I was very impressed with Carrie, Tom and Gregg.  They were very organized.   I wondered why she was wrapping my poles with
plastic wrap, so I asked her.  She said, "We don't want them to get dirty, or hung up on anything during the move, wrapping them
ensures, that, they will be clean and nice, at your new location".  Duh... I hadn't thought of that.  They packed everything with lots of
padding, so my frame/table would not get scratched.  They came with a big trailer, I didn't have to worry about my frame or
machine.  Carrie, spent time with me, after the machine was set up.  She went through all of the machine stitching modes,
electronics, channel locks, etc.  Making sure everything was set up perfectly, and that my machine was set up just the way it was,
when they took it apart.  They even leveled it for the new location.  I had my machine set up in my second story, with a small hall
way.  They got it down, without gouging the walls.
I was very happy.
Cathy, Houston. Gammill Owner.

I was moving from a two story house to a one story house, 10 miles away.  The moving company, that moved all of our household
items, would NOT touch my longarm quilting machine.   I called, Carrie at Texas Quilt Machines.  Tom and Jeff,  came, checked
out and tested my machine, before they took it apart.  They wrapped all of the parts with packing. They wrapped my poles with
plastic.  They got it down the stairs without damaging the walls.  They set it up in my new house.  They checked everything before
they left.  My machine was working perfectly when they left..  I am happy they were available to help me.
BS, Houston, Nolting

I am very glad I called them.  My husband and I, would have never known where to begin, or what to do first.  I was amazed at all of
the little things required, to get my Gammill initially ready, before they even started the break down.  Also, I didn't plan for the time
and muscle it took to unhook or unbolt everything and actually move it down the stairs. We couldn't have done it.  I am not strong
enough. They brought a big trailer, lots of packing and  tie down straps, they thought of everything.  Carrie, even wrapped my rollers
in saran wrap, so they wouldn't get dirty during the move.  I wouldn't have thought of that.  No dings on my machine or on the paint
on my table.  No marks on my walls.  I was very happy.  I was also glad, that Carrie, went over every one of the buttons and
functions, and made sure everything was working perfect, before they left.  They also leveled my table before they left, if you saw
my new room and floor, you would be amazed that they could make my machine level. I am very happy with my machine at my new
location.  I am very happy with Tom, Carrie and Jeff.
Ann, Houston, Gammill

I purchased a used 1991, longarm machine, that was in a ladies garage.   She said it had been there for 10 years.  I took the
machine head to Carrie, she tested it, adjusted it,  and made it work.  Tom and Jeff went to the ladies home, broke down the table,
and brought it to me and set it up in my home.   The frame was 14 feet wide.  They had a trailer that worked.  They  installed and
leveled it and made sure everything was working before they left.  They even took out my dining room table and moved it to the
garage for me, so my Longarm could go in my dining room.  I was very happy with their service, and everything extra they did for
me.
Jen, Texas, Nolting.

I was very happy.  Tom and his assistant, took my machine and frame out of my upstairs window, because my 12 foot rollers,
would not make it down, my "U" turn stairs.  I forgot that the Gammill guy did that at the initial installation.   I forgot to to tell them
that in advance, no problem, they got it down.  They set it up nice at my new location.  Again with, very tight accomodations.  No
nicks in the walls  They were very patient with me and my space.  My machine was set up great.
HM, Houston Gammill

I wanted to move my  Gammill, downstairs.  It is 14 feet wide frame.  It was a very tight fit, when Rick delivered it several years ago.
Tom and Carrie, got it down the stairs, no problem. No gouges in the walls or paint.   They set it back up at the new location just
fine.  She tested every button, bell and whistle, before they were done.  Tom spent a lot of time making sure the table/frame was
level.  I was very,  very,  happy with their service.  My machine worked just like it did before they moved it!!!
