Neal Schwarsberger, owner of ABM International has been manufacturing industrial quilting
machines since 1947. ABM entered the Home Quilting Market in 2007. ABM created the Innova
Series of Longarm Quilting Machines. Neal Schwarzberger and staff, will host Innova Maintenance
classes.

DeLoa has carried her traditional quilting background into her machine quilting. In the last 10
years, she has done 3500 customer quilts. Many of her classes feature free motion designs that
can be quickly done on customer quilts but have a very traditional look. Her quilts and customer
quilts have won at many national shows.

Dianna has been teaching at Longarm Venues for 10 years. Dianna has written dozens of
Longarm Quilting manuals. She has been quilting for over 30 years. Pursuing her fascination of
color and design, Diana has pieced and quilted hundreds of her own quilts as well as quilting
many more for clients. Since 1994, Diana has used a longarm to finish quilts. Diana, an award
winning quilter self-published the very first series of books dedicated to freehand quilting.

Bob Purcell is President and owner of superior threads and the only self-certified master thread
therapist in the world. He worked in Japan for 10 years and speaks fluent Japanese. He graduated
from Brigham Young University with a Masters Degree in business Administration in 1984. His
background is in product development, customer service, and quality control. Bob loves to teach.
he taught for many years at a private school and also at the college level. Since 1999 he has
educated thousands within our industry and has had many articles published in various industry
magazines. He got involved in the thread business to support his wife's (Mother Superior) quilting
addiction. And he knows most of the places women stash fabric.

Ellen Munnich has 8 years experience in Robotic Quilting Systems and launched her pattern
website (quilrecipes.com) in 2002. She is also technical support for Pro-Q Designer, the first multi-
system software (which has set the standard) for robotic quilting systems, and has been involved
as a consultant with Pro-Q since its beginnings. She is considered to be an expert on
troubleshooting pattern files and often assists users, as well other designers in solving complex
issues. She has written many manuals and advanced learning guides in addition to producing
instructional videos supporting various systems and software. She, along with her business
partner, Vic Plichota, regularly contribute to the IMQA’s On Track magazine with their featured
series, The Digital Domain.

Dan Purcell, is owner of www.danemcoweb.com. He is considered an expert in his field. He has
created, and/or hosts many of the largest quilting websites, on the world wide web. Dan knows
longarm quilting. Dan is the son of Bob Purcell, owner of Superior Threads. Dan will teach you
everything you need to know about creating your own website. Since Dan already knows quilting,
you don't need to train him on how popular quilting is, and/or train him on your product. When
deciding to build your website, this is the guy. Dan knows longarm quilting and Dan knows
websites.
Jodi Robinson,
2010 marks Jodi Robinson's 14th year as a longarm quilter. She travels nationally to
teach hands-on and demo classes at longarm quilting shows, as well as other shows and
LA Dealerships. Jodi's quilts are consistent winners at both national and local shows,
always showcasing new and innovative quilting designs. Her cutting edge quilting
encompasses the latest in use of multiple colors of thread, and elaborate stitching.
Together with Diana Phillips, Jodi co-authored Quilting Variations, a five book series on
various long-arm techniques. She has self-published six long-arm quilting books. The
latest, Less Stress Feathers, was released in 2006. This innovative approach has
revolutionized the quilting of feathers, easily and beautifully. Jodi's books and classes
focus on using quick and easy methods to create unique freehand designs that personalize
each and every quilt. In addition to her teaching and writing schedule, Jodi is a
professional longarm quilter, who enjoys a wide customer base in Western Pennsylvania
and Eastern Ohio.
Lisa Coker
Lisa has been professionally machine quilting since 2001. Within 6 months of buying
her machine, she said “good bye” to her day job. Over the past 8 years she has quilted
over 1500 quilts for customers across the United States and the UK. Lisa and her
customers have won over 75 ribbons in local and national competition. Lisa aspires to
mastery in quilting, both on her own and her customer's quilts, and greatly enjoys
passing on what she has learned and discovered to others. Lisa lives in Commerce,
Texas with her husband and family. With practice, anything can be achieved.
Patricia C. Barry
Pat is a professional quilter who loves to share her knowledge with others.
She is the author of “ABCs of Longarm Quilting”, a 'must have' for new quilters. She
writes the user manuals for Gammill, including the new Vision machine, the Statler
Stitcher® CreativeStudio™ software and is a certified trainer. Pat has been a regular
contributor to OnTrack!, IMQA's quarterly trade magazine, recently completing a series of
articles on Business Plans. Pat teaches free-motion and computerized quilting classes as
well as business classes for quilters. She has taught at local, regional and national quilt
shows including MQX, MQS, HMQS and IQA’s Schoolhouse Series. Her newest
endeavor is working with Creative Grids® to design a complete line of quilting machine
templates called Sweet Set™. She has a patent on the unique border template design.
You will see her at most major quilt shows, either teaching or demonstrating new,
innovative products for quilters.
