There are several devices on the market, that offer you a  
tray or shelf to put your accessories on, when doing
longarm quilting.  These can run $50 - $100.

Here is a very affordable and easy alternative.  
For about $5.00, You will have a nice device, that will make
your longarm quilting easy.

This tray, can hold all of the items you want and need to
have readily accessible, when you quilt.
Pins, scissors, chalk pencils, tape measure, notes,  phone,
etc.  (Do not put cokes or beverages on this tray).

The ends of the cafe curtain rods, will keep the tray from
slipping off your frame.
